- differentiate between algebraic expressions and equations.
- translate English sentences to mathematical sentences and vice versa.
- illustrate linear equation in one variable
- find the solution of linear equation in one variable
- solve linear equations in one variable involving absolute value by: (i) graphing; and (ii) algebraic methods
- solve problems involving equations in one variable
Lesson 4 - Linear Inequalities
- differentiate between equations and inequalities
- illustrate linear inequality in one variable
- find the solution of linear inequality in one variable
- solve linear inequality in one variable involving absolute value by: (i) graphing; and (ii) algebraic methods
- solve problems involving inequalities in one variable
