  • Demonstrate uses of quadrilaterals in real life.
  • Solve problems involving parallelograms, trapezoids and kites.

Lesson 3 - Triangle Similarity

  • Describes a proportion.
  • Applies the fundamental theorems of proportionality to solve problems involving proportions
  • Illustrates similarity of figures.
  • Proves the conditions for similarity of triangles
        a. SAS Similarity Theorem
        b. SSS Similarity Theorem
        c. AA Similarity Theorem
        d. Right Triangle Similarity Theorem

Lesson 4 - Special Right Triangle

  • Illustrates Special Right Triangle Theorem.
  • Applies the theorems to show that give triangles are similar.
  • Proves the Pythagorean Theorem.
  • Solves problems that involve triangles similarity and right triangles.
